Information you choose to share
The inquiry form collects your name, email, phone number, vehicle interest, selected service and optional message. For buy-here-pay-here financing inquiries, it also collects your preferred loan term, optional monthly direct-deposited income and your readiness for down-payment and automatic-payment requirements. These loan fields are not imposed on rental, leasing or driver-option inquiries.
How an inquiry is used
Submitted inquiries are stored for the Kyng’s Transportation team to review and follow up. A notification may be sent to the website owner with your contact details and inquiry preferences. This form does not produce final loan approval, reserve a vehicle, create a rental, lease or financing agreement, or authorize payments.
What not to send
Do not send Social Security numbers, bank account or routing numbers, bank passwords, identity documents, or other sensitive financial records. This website does not collect ACH authorization. Any income verification or financing documentation will be handled separately.
Website operation
The website uses basic hosting and operational logging, and website analytics may be enabled through the hosting platform. Necessary technical information may be used to protect the inquiry form against spam and abuse. The website does not offer visitor accounts.
Questions and information requests
To ask about your inquiry, request a correction, or request deletion, use the contact inquiry form and include your inquiry reference. Do not include sensitive account information. Retention and any required legal disclosures will be confirmed by the dealership as its operations are finalized.
